WITHDRAWAL – COOLING OFF PERIOD

Delivery is done exclusively for addresses in the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will make every effort to deliver the products to the address specified in the order within seven (7) business days, at a price of 49 SAR (hereafter referred to as “Standard Delivery”). Standard Delivery for orders over 590 SAR is free.

We deliver to the address stated in the order form on the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in cooperation with a courier service.

Unfortunately, we cannot request an exact delivery time or delivery period with the carrier.

If your order exceeds the amount of 590 SAR, your standard delivery will be free of charge.

If, for a specific reason or force majeure, the above-mentioned delivery time cannot be met within the stipulated time, you will be notified in a timely manner. Pandora affirms that before any contract is concluded with the customer/consumer, an estimated delivery date is set. If this deadline is exceeded, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.

A deviation and extension may occur if the recipient is not at the address of the attempted delivery, does not answer the phone number on record, or due to traffic situations beyond the carrier's control.

Your obligation is to check the item upon receipt and immediately, and at the latest within 24 hours of receipt, report any irregularities by sending an e-mail to: info@pandorashop-sa.com

If you want a product or service delivered in a different manner than that provided by us, you must submit such a request to us and, if accepted, pay any associated costs.

Ownership of products and all associated risks are transferred to you at the time you receive them.
