CONDITIONS FOR USE OF INTERNET STORE

Our general business conditions are as defined in these Terms of Use. The general business conditions of the Internet Store have been defined in greater detail according to the areas you can access by clicking on the desired field. The general business conditions define the activity of the Internet Store, the rights of users, and the business relationship between Pandora and the customer.

The Internet Store

The Internet Store is an information system designed to represent and sell products to Consumers. It is managed by Sands Arabia Trading Company LLC .

The user is the person who uses the specified system, i.e., the Consumer in the Internet Store.

Orders

Orders may be placed via the Internet, at www.pandorashop-sa.com

A maximum of 5 same items may be included in a single order.

All orders are subject to availability restrictions. We will notify you, as soon as possible, of any out-of-stock items.

We reserve the right to a full or partial refusal of an order placed by you for any reason whatsoever and shall duly give you notice of such refusal as expeditiously as possible and refund any payment made within thirty (30) days from said notice of refusal.

Delivery of Goods

Delivery is done exclusively for addresses in the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will make every effort to deliver the products to the address specified in the order within five (5) business days, at a price of 49 SAR (hereafter referred to as “Standard Delivery”). Standard Delivery for orders over 590 SAR is free.

We deliver to the address stated in the order form on the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in cooperation with Naqel Express courier service.

If your order exceeds the amount of 590 SAR, your standard delivery will be free of charge.

If, for a specific reason or force majeure, the above-mentioned delivery time cannot be met within the stipulated time, you will be notified in a timely manner. In the event that delivery is not made within the stipulated time, we shall make the delivery within an additional period of time of 15 days (hereafter referred to as “Additional Delivery Time”). If we still do not make the delivery within the Additional Delivery Time, you shall be entitled to terminate the contract and we shall refund all payments paid without undue delay and without prejudice to any other remedy under the Laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You shall however have the right to terminate the contract immediately where (a) we have refused to deliver the goods, or (b) the Standard Delivery is essential considering the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract or (c) you would have informed us prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or a specified date is essential. Pandora specifies that before the conclusion of any contract with the client/consumer, she indicates the estimated delivery date and that beyond this deadline, the consumer can denounce the contract respecting the legal delay as mentioned in the article 20 consumer protection.

A deviation and extension may occur if the recipient is not at the address of the attempted delivery, does not answer at the phone number on record, or due to traffic situations that the carrier could not influence.

Your obligation is to check the item upon receipt and immediately, and at the latest within 24 hours of receipt, report any irregularities by sending an e-mail to info@pandorashop-sa.com.

If you want a product or service delivered in a different manner than that provided by us, you must submit such a request to us and, if accepted, pay any associated costs.

Ownership of products and all associated risks are transferred to you at the time you receive them.

Returning Goods

You have the right to return any goods purchased by you from us within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the delivery – as defined HERE.

You are responsible for checking the quantity and quality of goods during delivery and, in the event of defective or non-conforming goods, you are required to notify us immediately upon receipt of goods. If the product you bought is really defective, we can fix it, replace it, or refund your money, in accordance with your legal rights as defined HERE.

When receiving a package, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages to it (such as torn parts and indents), the package should not be accepted. In this case, please send an e-mail to info@pandorashop-sa.com. We will notify you of further action promptly.

If you have accepted the package and, after opening the box, find out that the delivered goods do not correspond to the order, or data in the invoice does not correspond, you can lodge a complaint within twenty-four (24) hours from the moment of receiving the package.

We are responsible for the non-conformity of delivered goods with the contract in accordance with the Laws of Saudi Arabia.

You, a natural person who has purchased goods from us for purposes not intended for its business or other commercial activity, in case of non-conformity of our goods, is to declare a complaint as hereabove mentioned.

If the goods do not conform to the manufacturer’s specification, you have the right to demand from us the elimination of all non-conformance, free of charge, primarily by repair or replacement, followed by a corresponding price reduction or contract termination. If it is not possible to eliminate the non-conformance, you may request a price reduction or contract termination inclusive of a full refund, to be given by us upon receipt of the returned goods.

We will make every repair or replacement within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the complaint, free of charge and without significant inconvenience for you, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which they were obtained by you.

Any costs necessary for the goods to conform to the manufacturer's specifications, particularly the costs of work, materials, and delivery, will be borne by us.

You have the right to terminate the contract, if you cannot exercise the right to a repair or replacement, if we do not repair or replace the product within the deadline, or if we did not repair or replace the product without significant inconvenience to you. You cannot terminate the contract if the non-conformity of the goods is insignificant.

We are responsible for the non-conformity of goods with the contract that occurs within two (2) years from the date of the transfer of the risk to you.

Your inability to deliver the original packaging cannot be a condition for the resolution of a complaint or the reason for refusing the elimination of a non-conformity.

We are required to reply to you in writing or via e-mail, without delay but no later than within eight (8) days from the date of receipt of a complaint, with a statement, a proposal for resolution, and a deadline for resolution. The resolution of a complaint is only possible with your prior consent.

If, for objective reasons, we are not able to satisfy your request within a reasonable deadline, we will inform you about the extension and obtain your consent. Extension is possible only once.

If you do not accept a replacement of the item with another appropriate one, you will be given a refund.

Product Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are in SAR currency, VAT included. Prices do not include transportation costs. We can change product prices without prior notice. We will not change prices after your order has been confirmed.

You will pay the product price valid at the moment of sending the order in the local currency.

You can pay your order by cash on delivery or with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or MADA), provided it is approved for online payments.

When entering payment card information, data is encrypted using SSL protocol and PKI system to ensure security.

Payments are processed by URWAYS and conducted on the CMI website. Card data is not accessible to our system.

Payments are made in SAR and accepted from both domestic and international banks. Currency conversion may apply depending on your card issuer’s rates.

Payments by wire transfer, postdated checks, or installments are not accepted.

Engraving

The engraving service is limited to eligible Pandora jewelry only.

Payment for engraving must be made in advance. Once the customer confirms the design, the seller will proceed with the engraving.

Pandora reserves the right to refuse engraving if the content is offensive, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property.

Replacement and Complaints

Engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Complaints related to engraved products are accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

After design confirmation, no complaints related to engraving content (text, font, symbol) are accepted.
